Its my third pair ! They last a couple of years depending on how you use them.. great quality i definitely recommend them!

I've tried a few of the fancy gel knee pads, and found my knee rolled around in them . Especially on anything but flat, level ground.All the welders I know use these, so I figured it was more than just a fad. And it was. They are simple, but wow do they work well. I've seen a few guys slip on the ice while welding pipe sides and bottoms, so I think it'd be cool if they came with an interchangeable ice cleat insert. That's the only thing I've seen guys complain about really. On anything other than ice, these seem to be the ticket. And even on ice, they aren't horrible.I would recommend these to anybody. They do go on sale often enough. I bought the tan ones because they always seem to be a few bucks cheaper. Even during sales, they will be a few extra dollars off in comparison to the other colors.

With knee replacements, these work great. Fun on my new e-bike!

These are the best knee pads I’ve ever owned, by far; so much so that I got a second set for use outside the house & shop areas. Once properly adjusted, they never wander, with the wide adjusting straps holding the top and bottom parts in place, always. Plus, the neoprene knee pad and both flexible sides are compressed and held in place when latched, just the right tension, not too tight and not too loose—no pinching, no loss of circulation. I wear them for hours and never get any rubbing, slipping or loosening. One of the best features is that all three parts, the shell top and bottom and the neoprene pad all swivel around the two side robust pins, making total cleaning quick and easy; when finished with them on the farm/in the yard, woods and/or garden, I simply swivel the parts such that I can hose off all the mud, dust, chainsaw chips, etc. And, since there is no cloth/mesh and since the neoprene does not absorb any water/liquids, drying in clear weather is quick; or they can be air-dried with compressed air quickly. I have service-connected disabilities on both knees and have never had any knee pain during or after use, including ladder climbing, on and off tractors/other equipment, etc. I wish I had found/bought these knee pads a long time ago. They come with an adjustment slider/retainer, which I found was worthless, so I cut them off and now, after adjusting them properly, simply loop the adjusting strap end back through the adjusting latch and there is no more slipping, ever. Yep, they make some noise, but that let’s me know they’re there, saving my knees—if it bothered me, I’d put a little silicone spray on them.
