Not as described, poor quality
I ordered 2 of these side Glow Optic cables and the first one arrivedThe product clearly states SIDE glowThat means you put an LED or other light source at one end and the sides will glowWhat is in the box is an End-to End Optic cableThis there is NO SIDE glowYou put a light source on one end and the opposite side shows the lightBesides that the product does not do what it is supposed to do, the material quality is extremely poorThe are a lot of imperfections and cracks in the optic cable just like another reviewer mentionedI will update the # of stars, once the seller replies and comes up with a solution

Great for replace old one on your GPU
If you have an Asus Strix GPU like mine, makes a day and night difference so much shinier than the old one, looks like with time the factory one turns a bit yellow.

EDITED: The seller has agreed to ship me a new cable without even having to send the old one back if I send a photo of the defect! Mistakes happen but it's whether or not someone makes it right that matters. Highly recommended seller!I bought 2 of these cables and one of them is very faint glowing and has a yellowish discoloration If you look down the end of it. The other one is bright works great. For this price, I'm very disappointed to get only one good cable. If they replace it with a good one I'll change this review. I tested both cables with the same light and the discolored one is probably half as bright. I encourage the manufacturer to check other stock for these yellowed cables that don't let very much light through.

Poor quality.
The cable arrived full of cracks, which shorten the usable distance and look terrible. Very low quality product. Returned for refund.Update: I was contacted by the seller and sent a replacement cable free of charge. Unfortunately it had the same issues. It is possible that the cracks are only in the smallest variety but that was the size i needed. Very happy with the sellers customer service but the product is unfortunately still sub par.

Works perfectly as GPU lighting replacement
The old tubes in my Asus Strix GTX 1070 got cloudy and brittle from heat over time so the light wouldn't pass through the tubing anymore, replaced the tubing with this and its works good as new, thank you!

It does look really good, RGB lights up perfect and bright.
Went against the reviews and ordered 5m of this obtic fiber to replace the obtic fiber on my Asus GTX 1080Ti and I don't regret it at all, looks better than new IMO

Standard fiber optic cable. Great quality. Full glow and great for any project that requires a low-wattage application.

Transmits the light great!
I put a big magnifying glass on one side and got cardboard to smoke on the other side. No fire(I could get fire with just the magnifying glass) but super cool
