My daughter has Irlens Syndrome & found these incredibly helpful - used colour overlays initially to work out ourselves what colour she would need, she came out pink/red so ordered a pair of both to see which worked best, in this case it was red hence returning this pair but great that it has free/easy returns to five 100% peace of mind in choosing the correct colour

Seem cheap.

Definitely don't drive with these on. But absolutely go outside with them on. Grey winter days look like spring. Colors are brighter outside. Television is trippy. This is my second pair. I already see through a lense(schizophrenia) so this was a cakewalk until I noticed I was seeing less and less through the other "lense". As far as "Therapy" definitely have a therapist. I do my daily gratitude list Dolores Cannon style while wearing these. I wear them a few times a day and keep in mind every single problem I've ever had was self caused. I deleted the word problem from my vocabulary and changed it to challenge. Now I have no problems. Some of the same things, they just don't bother me anymore. Im less stressed and now I feel less guilty about not putting myself in stressful situations to help or please others. Reality is different for everyone, because it's whatever you think it is; seeing the world literally through rose colored glasses has a great affect on visual perception. Oh these things are half hideous in the mirror on me but I don't go around people with these on. I was going to get the green ones next but im fine with magenta for now

This color was exactly what I was looking for! It really lets you see the world differently. Sun sets and sun rises are absolutely other worldly! You can see real colors with a whole new appreciation.

I have had several sets of color therapy glasses in the past, but I have had problems with frames breaking and lenses popping out. These are not only less expensive than glasses I have purchased previously, but they appear to be much sturdier and better made. My only negative comment is that when I wear them outside and the sun is to my back sunlight reflects off the back of the lenses into my eye, so they may not be good for use as sunglasses.
