Or just mental. You decide.) Anyway, the push-in clasp is easy, and the release is equally so. The construction is sturdy, with the leather firmly seated inside the clasp pieces. The color (blue) did not rub off on my skin, so the dyes are good. The length I chose put the ring just at my sternum, below the neckline of my shirts and t-shirts.
