item arrived damaged and not the size i thought id ordered the top was cracked half way through it and being chip board it wouldnt take long for it to go altogether, amazon gave me a discount on it as it was still useable and i didnt have time to send back for a replacement, it is a 4 ft one but not 2 ft by 2ft so had to make it to those measurments as the dragon it was for is quite a big lad. double check the measurments before you set it up and seal it like i stupidly did but hes happy in it so im happy thank you amazon for dealing with the problem for me
