I am a 27-year girl who was looking for a protein to help me recover from my workout. I take strength on a daily basis and the product feels great. I not only feel rejuvenated but also feel but I am also able to hit my protein goals with this workout.The highlights of this product are the following1) All Nine Essential Amino Acids due to a mixture of pea protein and brown rice protein2) No Artificial Sweeteners, flavours, colours or sweetenersThe only drawback of the product is that the taste of the product compared to whey protein is not so great. While if you compare the product to other plant based proteins the product is fantastic and tasty.
