Crack too easily
It works for the most part but is not durable at all. I've purchased a number of these as repalcements because they keep cracking with moderate use.

Dishonest Imaging
The hose arrived without the end piece to attach to the handle although the image clearly shows it: Instead a pack of bullets arrived. Very disappointing.

Hose came and it is missing one of the end pieces to attach to the vacuum.....
