Great for cramps
The most potassium I could find. I cramp a lot and other sports drinks have minimum potassium and this did the trick. Small packets and easy to carry. Yes, pour slowly or it'll overflow! Taste great and not sugary at all. I was worried about the carbonation since I never drank carbonated water during workouts but I found it to be refreshing and not a problem. Love it!

Works great
I love the low sugar content in these. The new mix of pedialyte has a much higher sugar content. I love the cherry. Grape is okay, but I prefer cherry.

Love finding this at Amazon so I don’t have to go traipsing all over town to get it. Really love the grape flavor, not too sweet. Just tried the cherry flavor. It tastes just like the Luden’s cherry cough drops I used as a kid! Little too sweet for my taste, but still quite drinkable.

Game changer
I consumed alcohol all day on Christmas . I drank 3 of these bad boys through out the day & one the next morning. I was not hungover for Disney on ice the next day. Serious game changer. Dont pour the whole packet it at once it will fizz. Order more for New Years.
