Great quality shoe. I bought these in the hopes I would be able to get my sons very pudgy feet into them and unfortunately they aren't as forgiving as I hoped they would be. Probably should have bitten the bullet and gone to Stride Rite for his extra large feet. Still, these are great quality and beautiful little shoes that can be worn with so many things. I'd say if your shield doesn't take an extra wide shoe you will be delighted with them.

These shoes looked very nice and would probably be comfortable. However, I was unable to fit them on our son's feet! I ordered size 18-24 mo. Our son is 18 months, and his foot measured 5" long. The description said the shoes were 6" long. Even with the Velcro strap undone all I could get into the shoe were basically his toes. The opening just didn't seem wide enough. His feet might be considered on the wide side, but still, I couldn't even get them on with some gentle shoving while he was sitting in his high chair. So I returned them. This said, I would be cautious/ready to return them if your little ones feet fit our son's description.

These are the nicest Ministar shoes I've seen. The bottoms are rubberized for no slipping and the tops are very soft suede. They seem very well made and they are soft enough for my daughter to feel the ground underneath. They fit with a little room to grow and measure 6" from heel to toe on the sole. I love them! I'm already looking at other pairs.

I purchased these for my grandson who is 14 months old, he seems to really like them! He keeps them on and walks inside and outside in them quite well! They are a little big for him and I might buy a size down, they are sturdy but flexible and comfy!
