Do be perfectly honest my hopes weren't high when I spotted these ear buds on Amazon. Not the cheapest of the choices I could have made but it doesn't seem unreasonable to expect them to last more than a month. After three or four weeks, the left earbud stopped working. I've followed the instructions to the letter, looked at the feedback for clues, and even Googled for a solution. I've now given up and ordered some JLab "air" replacements on recommendation from a friend. The sound quality is OK, but only just, and the fit isn't has snug as I am used to using the standard wired ear buds you get with a mobile phone. They feel bulky and difficult to forget. I'm not a runner but wouldn't even consider running with these as they have on occasions fallen out just walking. Overall, I wouldn't recommend.

They seem to have gone to single ear mode and no matter what we do we can't get them back to working as stereo. They were working fine one night and after being charged all day for some reason I went to use them again last night and we have this problem. I'm very disappointed as I have fibromyalgia and find it hard to get to sleep and these really helped but now they seem only fit for the bin!!!!!!After posting this review the company emailed me straight away and without discussion offered me either a full refund or a new pair of headphones. They were very professional and polite and I went for a new pair. These are just what I wanted to lull me off to sleep every night. Great product and great customer care. Thanks to them.

I don't write many reviews but I'm so happy with my choice of wireless earbuds that I felt compelled to share and, hopefully, save another procrastinator from wasting any more time deliberating! :)Key features for my choice were size, discrete and inexpensive (cos I'm probably lose em!).These are super small, neat - with no flashing lights or pointless branding. They sit so nicely in your ear that they feel super comfortable, really cut out background noise and provide that bass sound like when you push your regular earphones in!Sound is just great to me - tho I'm no audiophile and so (and take this with a pinch of salt) I wonder of that's perhaps where the price starts to count.Case is neat, charges well. Small, holds in the earbuds magnetically and has a small charging indicator.All in, GREAT package. Do it!

These headphones are far too quiet compared to other standard headphones. Has a nice sound but just far to quiet with zero noise cancellation.Not sure if just faulty but I could barely hear the music on the train even with the volume at maximum.

Can't say I have used it a lot up to date. Bluetooth function works well with all my devises. Can't give a full review of functions.

Bluetooth connection is flawless, sound quality not so great if the bass was better would be great!!

For sure this little staff works fine, it comes good quality sound. the box can be charged on its own, for me, its enough for one day use. Compare with the white one (you know what), this price is attractive. Anyway, I like this little black box most, pretty cool.
