Wake up instantly with no sound
This product has a device that you place under your pillow for the alarm. It emits a soundless vibration that wakes you up instantly without disturbing others in bed. The clock is bright and easy to read. The alarm and times are easy to set, but must learn the sequence of setting. I found the price very good.

Shake Rattle and Vibrate
I like the clock and it's features are as promised. The vibration pad is not as large as it appears in the pics but it's very powerful and does the job well.

Good clock with a HORRIBLE, EVIL MAJOR DESIGN FLAW!
It pays to read the description and UNDERSTAND the features because there is one that is downright IDIOTIC! The description says you can tap the snooze button to sleep a little longer or you can tap ANY OTHER BUTTON to cancel the alarm for today. Got that? ANY OTHER BUTTON will CANCEL THE ALARM! Ok, fine, that in itself isn't an issue EXCEPT some Idiot decided to place the SNOOZE BUTTON between the UP and DOWN programming buttons. So...what happens when you attempt to press SNOOZE with your sleep-addled brain state? Well, you have a 1 in 3 chance of hitting SNOOZE or a 2 in 3 chance of CANCELLING THE ALARM! NOT ONLY THAT, if you happen to touch more than one of the buttons the action is to CANCEL the alarm! Hit SNOOZE and accidentally brush one of the others when you move your hand away and guess what? Alarm is canceled. It has happened to me more times than I care to remember. At first I wasn't sure what was happening so my engineering mind sought to find out. I ran a lot of experiments to determine all the ways this design fails. To remedy the situation I made a tall extension for the SNOOZE button and a cover for the top with a hole for the extension so I can only tap the SNOOZE button; I remove the cover to reprogram the alarm. It is a royal pain in the rear end to do this to compensate for a lousy ergonomic design. I'm a retired electrical engineer that was a embedded code/firmware designer and to me this is a disgraceful flaw. Quite stupid in my opinion and if it weren't for the fact it works very well otherwise I would have thrown it in the trash ages ago. I was born hearing impaired and this is the best alarm clock I have found in years...except for this incredibly stupid, horrible, downright evil flaw.

Couldn't wake up in the morning
I don't consider myself a heavy sleeper, especially since I do wake up during the night when there's an unusual noise. My issue is not being able to wake up with an alarm. Any alarm!I have many alarm clocks. They all work when I first get them, but then I eventually become desensitized to the sound of the alarm, and I don't hear it.This was the first bed shaker I bought. It has worked consistently for the last two months.Having so many alarms, there are a few things about this one that could be better.1. It seems odd to me that the button to enter the set-alarm mode is on the side, but then you have to use the up/down buttons on the top to change the alarm settings.2. The down button is on the left side of the wide snooze button, and the up button is on the right side of the snooze button. It's uncomfortably odd that these buttons are not right next to each other. It took me a couple weeks to get a feel for where these buttons were on the top of the alarm rather than just being able to use two fingers to go up and down without moving my hand. Until you get used to where these buttons are, you'll be fumbling around pressing things on the top. The problem is that the clock only gives you a few seconds before it quits out of set-alarm mode, and it does not save the time you are trying to set.3. When snoozing the alarm, it's an extreme hazard that pressing those up/down buttons will actually turn off the alarm. Someone else also pointed out this issue in their review.4. If you sleep with a nightlight, you might not need one any more with this clock. I love the big readout because I can still see the numbers without my glasses when I do wake up at night. I actually have a LIFX lamp in my bedroom that I do keep on at about 1% at night. I was able to match the LIFX color to the alarm clock so the bedroom has a consistent color, which was also better for my eyes if I do get up at night or early morning. The good things that I like:1. The bed shaker works. Sadly, just like all of the alarms I've had for 30 years, I am starting to become desensitized by the shaker. The audible alarm is still working for me though.2. It has two USB ports. One is 1A and the other is 2A. This is great since I always have 4 devices that get plugged in every night, and sometimes I have 6 devices. This alarm clock took up one of my outlets for my charging cables, but I got that port back, plus an extra one.

I Got A Bad One and Had To Return It
I have used the Sonic Boom alarm clocks for many years, but I did not like the way their alarms set where they do not have a reverse. If the previous alarm was at 7 am and you needed to set one for 6 am, you had to advance all the way through 23 hours. This one had the backup set feature, but it was not as loud as the Sonic Boom's, and I could not get Alarm 1 to set at all.I ended up returning this one and getting another Sonic Boom even though I cringe when I have to reset an alarm time.
