I've bought 3 brands of 17" handkerchiefs recently. These are my favorites. They are soft, true to size, and unexpectedly I like the dark pattern very much. Have always bought white handkerchiefs .... Bor-i-i-i-ng. Will likely buy more if these hold up after several washes. Can't attest to that now --- bought too recently.===========================================================Note: I'm back, having washed these and am glad to report that they came through with flying colors. Very few wrinkles and not all warped and misshapen. They laid out square and were easy to fold. I attribute this to the quality and softness of the material. Well worth the money. Will buy again.

Don't buy this if you are looking for an absorbent cotton handkerchief. Despite prominent labeling as 100% cotton these handkerchiefs are clearly synthetic. I hate how amazon allows so much misrepresentation of fabric content, it is not fair to consumers. I thought I was paying a premium for something good but these are not quality materials.

Nobody like a handkerchief that doubles as emery cloth for sanding the skin off your nose. I have no idea what moron thought rough polyester was a good idea for a handkerchief. Let's think about it for a second. What color shows off boogers with the best possible contrast? Ummm white? What doesn't aborbs a wet sneeze at all, and makes your pants have a wet spot when you put your snot soaked handkerchief in your pocket? Ummm, a polyester handkerchief.So, what low grade moron makes stark white, polyester handkerchiefs for men - and expects them to be used? I have a low tolerance for idiots, especially idiots who make products that are ill suited for the very purpose they are proported to be used for.These handerchiefs are soft, they are something you will be happy to rub your face against, whether it's from a head cold, to wipe sweat from hard work, or to use as a home made mask. They are tasteful, colorful, feel like supima cotton (I have no idea if they are) - and I'm happy to have read the reviews.

I bought these to tuck under my hat for sun protection. I work on a farm, so I needed something to cover my neck and ears, and I didn't want any fancy hat or anything, so I got these. They're a lot thinner than I was expecting, they definitely wouldn't protect very well the way they are. I'm sewing the matching ones together so that they're thicker, seems like they'll work pretty well now. As far as size goes, they're perfect for what I'm using them for, and they're comfortable enough not to irritate my skin during my 8.5 hour days on the farm.

Shrank slightly and came out of drier a little wrinkled, but that's to be expected with 100% cotton. If you don't like it get something synthetic. I actually wanted something much smaller than a bandana to carry around, so I'm happy with these. They look great, came out of the drier soft and have a decent thickness. Keep in mind this is my first set of hankies in a very long time, so I have nothing to compare to, but I'm happy with the purchase. Just what I was looking for.

Bought for my 88 yr old father who blows his nose A LOT!! they are very soft after 1 wash. All his older handkerchiefs were so threadbare, you could read newspaper thru it. Then again they were several years old. I washed them multiple times a week. These checkered ones are a little brighter than his traditional old white ones.

I've already used two of these handkerchiefs to make two folded/pleated face coverings, and they are excellent. They wash and dry well and just need a touch of ironing. A bit of shrinkage, but that's to be expected with cotton. No color loss or "bleeding". They're not thick, which is good when you're using them folded or pleated in layers. We're finding them very comfortable to wear as face masks. Don't feel smothered by them.

I like the product but it only came with 5, not 6????? 2 light blue, 2 dark blue and only 1 red one. I chose to keep them even though I was shorted one hankie. Otherwise they are nice and I would have given them a better review.

These were excellent handkerchiefs and really good size.
