Mini Electric Drill Chuck 0.3-4mm, Hand Portable Handheld Drill Chucks Taper Mounted Lathe for Motor Shaft

I have a very elderly (close to 40 years old) Expo 12v mini drill and wanted something better than the collet assembly that it came with. This chuck is well made and seems perfectly centred once fitted to the drill. The taper was a very tight fit on the drill shaft and needed some gentle persuasion to to fully seat, but that's fine.When I received the package the grub screw for the taper was loose in the envelope and not in the bag with the rest of the chuck. Fortunately I heard it rattling, because otherwise it would have gone on the floor and probably never been seen again.Very pleased. I doubt I'll need another one, but if I did, I'd have no hesitation to buy again.I knew there'd be something, but eventually the taper/chuck stopped binding together. I wasn't sure what to do about it, but eventually decided to use a thread lock fluid to bind them. Not ideal, but it worked...

This is the third chuck I have bought, completely satisfied.

Nice miniature chuck Unfortunately one of the adapter's grubscrew threads not properly cut and won't accept the grubscrew. I'll tap it out when I have the time to do so.

I purchased two of these for a small lathe: just what was required, small with smooth operation. The brass section was modified to fit the lathe tailstock.Would I buy again? yes; definitely.

I wasn't sure at first if it was going to stay attached to the motor shaft, but a few slight taps with a mallet and its firmly in place. Works really well with a grinding bit as a mini grinder.

Perfect for fitting my home made lathe, very well made and easy to fit and remove. Connected to my solar panel system 12 volts

The media could not be loaded.  It is no good there no colit to fix the motorI would like a replacement itAs soon has possible Thank you
