Amazon Basics Balance Stability Disc Cushion

Perfect for my needs. Following a six week exercise class, one item I missed was the balance board - this is easy to use, tucks away neatly, I now use it daily. It’s helped me build up leg muscles which have become stronger on one side than the other. Also it helps improve my balancing skills and confidence. I’ve also used it on a couple of occasions to sit on, when working at home. It stops me from sitting still. A great purchase.

Great for core and leg strengthening. Comes with pump. Easy to inflate. It has gone slightly out of shape in one area but it hasn't affected use. Harder to balance than you think.

Easy to inflate - & deflate as I put too much air in - and use. Bought on the advice of my NHS physio to help my rehab post spine surgery and associated symptoms including drop foot.Early days yet, but fingers crossed.

One of my dogs was diagnosed with luxating patella and part of our physio uses one of these. Fab price, super easy to set up and so far quality seems good

Good for people that have .balace issues able them to gain confidence to achieve. There goals by enabling them to make there core muscles to get control help my father who is paralized from the waist down build confidence and achieve being able to balance with out holding on .when seated .another excise to build confidence and strengthen his core muscles. 80 years younger and pleased with the purchase 😊

Great value cushion that does what I needed. Not the most comfortable for sitting on for long periods if fully inflated.

I bought this to replace a previous wobble cushion that I bought three or four years ago. On that one the seal in the hole you pump air into eventually disintegrated.This one looked less garish than the last one (the black looks better), and it achieved its purpose of stopping me from getting back pain.However yesterday it suddenly started deflating as I was standing on it. The hole (which is tiny enough that I can't see it) is on the top, by one of the little rubber spikes. I only ever wear socks on it, I don't jump up and down, and I weigh 85kg, so this is a little unexpected.If it hadn't been for it breaking this would be a solid 5* product.

Das Balancepad trainiert insbesondere das Gleichgewichtssystem sowie die unteren Rumpfmuskeln.Letzteres geschieht dadurch, dass das Gleichgewichtssystem versucht, den Körper durch schnelle folgen von"Balancekorrekturen" in Balance zu halten. Dadurch werden insbesondere die Muskelfasern im unterenKörperbereich ständig aktiviert und somit trainiert.Das Balancepad ist nahezu Geruchslos und war mit der beiliegenden Handpumpe schnell aufgepumpt.Es ist zudem sehr gut verarbeitet und macht einen robusten und langlebigen Eindruck.Habe auch nicht den Eindruck, das die Luft mit der Zeit durch die Körperbelastungdurch das Einlassventil wieder entweichen könnte.Die angebrachten Noppen (auf beiden Seiten des Pads) haben nebenbei die positiven Eigenschaften,eine Art von "Multi-Fussreflexzonenmassage" auszuüben wenn man barfuss darauf steht.An dem Produkt finde ich nichts zu bemängeln. Alles Top!Mein Rat, wenn man es erstmalig benutzt:Sicherheitshalber erst einmal in der Nähe einer Wand übenund sich dort mit einer Hand leicht anlehnen.Bei Menschen mit sehr starken Gleichgewichtsproblemen halte ich es für sehr ratsam,dass eine weitere Person daneben steht, aufpasst und Stütze bietet. Dies zumindest am Anfang.Das halten der Balance fällt leichter, wenn man in den Knien einwenig gebeugt steht.In allen Richtungen um das Pad herum, sollte ausreichender Freiraum bestehen (!),falls man unerwartet von dem Ding abgeworfen wird.Mit einwenig Übung kann man sich dann von allen Stützen lösen.Empfohlene Übungszeit (laut Experten): 3x täglich a) 2 Minuten.Ich empfehle das Produkt gerne weiter.
