Large Clam Shell Sculpture

Love, love this bi-valve shell so much! It does have substantial weight, but the best thing is that it is extremely authentic-looking on both the top and bottom of the shell. It is the perfect size for my entryway and the coloring is spot-on—looks like it was just pulled off the beach! The price is a steal compared to the real ones and sits much better without rocking!

This clam is large and handcrafted in the USA. It looks realistic. I have it by my front door and is a great place for keys and my dog’s leash.Great customer support from the supplier. My question was addressed immediately.

The media could not be loaded. This clam shell is exactly what I have been looking for to add to my coastal decor. It was large and heavy just like the ones that I had seen at Pottery Barn but this one wasn’t $200. It came packaged perfectly to protect from damage. I was so excited when I unboxed it. A beautiful quality piece for sure.

First, let me say that I have never seen anything packed with such care! I was worried about opening a package and finding it in pieces, but it wrapped up like a priceless museum piece. I have wanted one of these for quite a long time, but didn't want to spend $100+, so imagine the thrilled look on my face (I know, you can't really see my face) when I found this on Amazon. Just one more thing about shipping before I get to the product review: I rarely buy anything that is not on Amazon Prime because I hate paying for shipping, but the shipping cost on this was ridiculously cheap. I think it was three or four dollars! Well within my price range and still about half of what it would cost in the stores. I think the ox and packaging probably cost more than they charged in shipping. Okay, on to the actual product. Firsts, it is gorgeous. It looks just like a real giant clam shell. I haven't done anything with it yet because I can't decide if I want to keep it in the house or use it outside. I have seen them used as planters for succulent gardens, used in bathrooms as soap or hand towel holders, filled with ice with shrimp laid on top for parties, filled with shells and starfish and even filled with water with candles floated in them. One word of warning: this sucker is HEAVY!!! It's made of cement, so you will want to put it somewhere that can easily withstand its weight. I have a little piece of felt, that is not visible, under mine, as it is currently on an antique table which I don't want scratched. Not that it would, but better safe than sorry. If I can't make my mind up, I just might buy another one and use it outdoors. Love it!

This product is amazing. Low price but high quality. Came professionally wrapped at no charge. I recommend it 100%. I live on the beach and my whole place is a beach theme. If I had room, I would get another one. I might anyway. Don’t listen to the negative reviews, I think it’s just people who like to complain. I’m attaching a photo of what I did with mine. Will not be disappointed!!!

Purchased this as a gift. It is beautiful , and heavy. The shipping was amazing. The care they took to wrap this showed. It shipped fast as well

This looks natural, is large & heavy but a little wobbly which is not good with toddlers around. By wobbly I mean it’ll tilt to and fro.
