Worked well...was worth the extra money over just getting the box plate....having the sector shaft support make this kit bullet proof !!!

The large plate was half the size as pictured / described but had to weld it on to fix a crack.... I like the long arm that connects to the bottom on the steering box

It does not correct the steering weakness issues in jeep xj. For that price there is way better options that do reinforce the weak frame. I had to couple this product with another the get the results i needed. Would have been better off ordering another product to start.

I have a pretty custom jeep, I added a smittybuilt front bumper and winch. After that my whole front end pops real bad when turning at low speeds. Traced to the gearbox winch is new (RedHead gearbox also awesome). Bought this product and welded in (make sure to weld it with vehicle on ground so suspension is not sagging) and installed gear box rod. Vehicle not only doesn't pop but the front end feels so much tighter. Highly recommend even if not popping yet. .
