After, I left my wallet at a restaurant and went through hours of tension and despair, I bought this product. The disposable card is as thin as a credit card and goes in my wallet.The app works to give you the last location. However, the alerts go off constantly even when the wallet and phone are in my pocket. I shut down the alerts- but I feel secure knowing the location is being recorded.The included battery died on the fob for the keys after two days. I put a new battery from Rite Aid -a slightly thicker one that I forced in. Now it works fine. I check the app every few days to make sure its active.The find my phone works well.(Its superfluous for me because I have iPhone)

I have been using the sharper image gps locater now for half a year and although thicker and not as good for one to carry in your wallet as this one would be but it is well worth it if you lose your wallet or misplace it. That said I purchased this one thinking it would bring a bit of thickness relief to the wallet and it did, unfortunantly the app on my phone with the wallet outside in my vehicle kept beeping that it has lost contact with it? My other one never had any issues like that, I do live in a hillside property mind that but still the continous beeping on my phone was a must to return to my old sharper image locater. I really hope that one day this unit gets better as I will be the first to repurchase but for now, sorry it just is not worth the money.

If you misplace your keys a lot but you know they are near you it's a good product but if you are like me and lose your wallet at bestbuy and not notice until you get home it will only tell you the last generated location your phone gave it, so it's pretty much useless, the app keeps crashing so this product is useless

It was easy to use the 2 days it was functioning. The app is difficult to use. And I could never get the app function to work. It only worked when I had my wallet on me, which defeats the purpose. It was supposed to display on the map when/where the device lost connection.

Honestly the only thing to say is don't buy it. This is my 2nd one I've had after getting a replacement. Constant error alerts all throughout the day and night and the few times I actually needed it I found out the app won't let me ring it or it had being "disconnected" from my phone for days. Again don't buy just save your time and money and search for a better product.

I tend to lose important items like my keys and wallet. This gets attached to my keys. When they get lost, I open up the app on my phone. This is the perfect size and is nice and compact on my key ring. The app is available on both Android and iOS and you can connect up to 5 of these trackers to the app. Love the leather and the design of it. Would highly recommend this Bluetooth tracker and would purchase additional ones.

It was okay, so I thought. The battery for the key tracker was almost dead when I got it. The card itself, from the videos and description, can also find your phone when you press and hold the button. It beeps, 1 time, and that's it. The card is almost dead and it's only been a month in a half of owning this product.

You have to buy a battery charger that costs more than the product. If my son lost signal at school it set it off - he got a detention because of the disruption.

Both ran out of battery within the first week of me having them. When they actually did have battery it took 4 or 5 presses of the buttons for anything to happen

I bought this for my boyfriend and when he set it up it worked for the first day. It now continues to continuously beep when his card that he puts in his wallet is attached to him. He tried disconnecting it and installing it again however it does the same thing. I'm not one to write bad reviews but seeing his frustration with a gift I had bought him gets me frustrated as well.

Keyring fob is working fine but key card tracker charge ran out real quickly and won't charge on any wireless charger which it says it will. Left with half the product I have purchased. I believe I will lose half the product that is working if I send it back and I think the effort and hassle will be too much.

Came with a battery almost out of chargeRing tone is so very quiet, so if in another room does not ring loudly enough to be effective and does not appear to have a volume control.A waste of money.A great disappointment for my husbands Birthday
