I have been on an off a ketogenic diet for years now, as it is the only diet I can seem to stick with. I recently found this keto powder and it really helps me get into ketosis and STAY in ketosis. I has made the hard parts of this diet extremely easy and I don't think I will ever go back to doing this diet without it. If any of you know anything about the keto flu, its the worst thing in the world on this diet and this powder really helps with the lack of energy within the first two weeks of the diet. I used to down chicken broth and anything else to try and feel better and I made it through my flu with this is no time with way more energy. I would recommend this product to anyone trying to start their weight loss journey on keto.

Arrived quickly! I knew that I was getting 16 servings, but the container is only half full and the scoop is tiny. So I’d chosen based on price for 16 servings not realizing that it just uses a scoop about a quarter of the others. I’ll update to report the effectiveness of the teeny serving. It’s definitely a play on words a The ‘serving Size’ is the scoop, not the oz/gm weight. Purposely vague? There is also the red sticker on the lid that says to text for a free can. Not eager to increase the number of scam calls to my cell...what to do...Update: as expected, it took about three scoops to get the desired Ketone level, energy etc. That cuts the servings per package into a third. Tiny scoop is not a savings. I do not recommend.

Just received my bottle of prime labs Keto Powder, it is super easy to mix also with an excellent Limon lime flavor which I love, to be honest, I didn't expect the product to work this fast,Well it Did, it took away hunger.will let you know on a update review on how my ketone levels are.it appears this product is going to work for me.5 ☆☆☆☆☆ for flavor, easy consumption, fast delivery, and curbing my appitite.over all excel lent product, will be back with update next week.

This powder is just what I needed for my keto diet! This stuff is so easy and convenient… Just throw in one big scoop with your favorite protein shake or favorite beverage each day. Easy as that! Or use it every day once or twice! I’m almost out of this great stuff… Time to re-order! I highly recommend this for anyone that is just starting the keto diet or is in the keto diet full force! I highly recommend this awesome power product!

I really don't know what this is supposed to do. I feel no extra energy. I don't know if this is supposed to burn fat or give energy? I've taken over a dozen prework outs and this is by far the worse. Again, I'm not sure if it is intended for energy but a lot of reviews claim energy. I get more energy from a cup of coffee. I've finished the bottle and I didn't notice any results. Also, is used to say"vital supplements" as the manufacturer but now it says prime labs. I don't know why people say it tastes good because it is horrible. I couldn't find anymore reviews on this product aside from on amazon

At first I wasn’t sure how I would feel about the lemon lime flavor, but once I tried it, it was refreshing and flavorful. This product really kicked my energy level up and helped me get through my 2 jobs and school with more ease! It’s great for people who are looking for an energy boost and is great for keto diets!

I started using this powder immediately after receiving it. I have found that it has given me so much more energy. Also, when working out it causes me to really sweat and help burn fat. I have really loved this product so far, plus you can’t beat receiving it in two days.

I’ve tried many different drink powders from fruity to chocolatey. Most of them are down right nasty. Unfortunately, they’re so expensive you’ve got no choice but to choke them down. It’s not a pleasant experience. But this is different. This is enjoyable to drink! I actually look forward to it! I’m so glad I found a mix that I like! I recommend you try it as well.
