Had a little trouble with a mislabeled package, but Bestoyz helped me iron it out and get the right train.The build looks great and was not too challenging; the most difficult part is getting the metal axles connected to the wheels (definitely not a step a child could do on their own). I ended up using a hammer and gently tapping eight times on each side to get them in... make sure you've got a few layers of cardboard--or better yet a piece of scrap wood--beneath to protect your surfaces!

I bought this for my kids last xmas (forgot to add a review until now) and it's a terrific little lego set. It doesn't come with many track pieces, so you'll need to buy those separately but it was a great little set and I will definitely be buying other train sets from this collection (probably this coming xmas) since my kids aren't quite ready for the investment of buying a powered lego train.

The wheels and axles were difficult to get out together. I broke one of the wheels trying to get it and the axle in the truck.

This was a great gift. Looks amazing when assembled.

Great product nice build, delivered really quick.

I gave it two stars because my expert Lego builder son did not like this set. He is old enough to build lego sets by himself without an adult's assistance. The wheels were difficult to put on each side of the rod. Either the hole wasn't big enough or the rod was too big. Once he got the wheels on there and finished the set, the train wheels did not fit neatly inside the track rim so it couldn't actually run on the track. Also, the wheels squeaked back and forth as he ran it over the track which is very annoying. Also, the tinder car was orange not yellow like the picture shows. My son wanted it yellow. I gave this set 2 stars because it is cheap enough if you don't care about it having perfectly fitting features. I returned it because it wasn't worth it to my son.

For the price this is a good set, might be a bit difficult for someone who hasn't build sets before.

Hmm, lets' see...Really wished it would be a win for "fake Legos." My son cut his fingers trying to put it together. My husband laughed hysterically at the 6+ needed to put this together. He had to hammer the wheels together. Also, my son had to guess where to put the stickers BECAUSE there are no instructions. Yep.
