Received this today and it worked great. It heated quickly and I could tell right away when the time was up and the heating stopped. Soft and comes apart and looks easy to wash.

I got this for my headaches. I found that it really helps me they do get very warm on the high setting. I use a power bank for convenient use . I definitely recommend it

I bought it because I suffer greatly from allergies and sinus issues and a heated pad over my eyes really helps relieve the stuffed nose symptoms. It works very well for what i needed it for so I decided to buy another one as a gift for another allergy sufferer. I only gave it 3 stars because I found the exact same product for less and with more accessories. This vendor only provides the mask and the spray bottle while the other vendor's also included a cold mask and a lavender mask. Aside from that the product is identical and even the instruction manual are exactly the same.

Beyond expectation, it's very soft and can effectively relax my eyes. Charging by USB is also convenient.

It didn't work at all.

It won’t heat to the highest setting. The light doesn’t turn green on the highest setting, it stays red. Would have given five stars if it would heat up better.

So so thankful for heated eye mask that I don't have to put in the microwave. I use this several times a day for an eye condition. I leave this plugged in and just turn it on.
