I hate drinking out of silicone and metal, so glass was the only option that I would consider. I thought it would be a tough transition for me. It wasn't. These straws are great and I'm not gentle with them. They are sturdy and much better than single use straws. Perhaps even better than the straw is the holder which keeps them safe and fits neatly in my purse. The cleaners provided are also pretty great. I love my straws!As an aside, this vendor was great. My first set showed up with one straw missing. They immediately sent a new set to me with no fuss at all. Great customer service!

These straws are excellent. They are a good length, seem pretty durable with everyday use. I like how easier they are to clean, and it makes me feel better knowing I can see the inside unlike the stainless steel straws. No taste is imparted from these things. The wooden case and cleaning tool for each straw is nice and makes it easy to throw in a bag and use it with a lunch kit. Very nice set. I will probably by more.

Love these especially since I got 4. Packaging with bamboo cases for travel and cleaning brushes makes care less of a hassle. Product seems sturdy and durable. However, while the width works for all liquids and can be viewed as a plus, it's also a challenge as it forces you to ingest more than you intend to and slurps. Hence my 4 stars. All in all a good buy and value for money if you're environmentally conscious.

Was thrilled that I got 2 that are a good diameter for smoothies and two that are a good diameter for regular drinks. The containers are a little tough to open but a twist gets the lid on and off. I like that the glass is thin. So far I still have all 4 and there have been no mishaps to challenge durability. Glass straws are my favorite. These are very portable.

I love that these come with their own cleaning brush. I bought a few of these for the house and to give to friends. My only issue is that one of the straws we received has a much smaller diameter than the others. I don't know if it's the wrong size or if the manufacturing process has some variability but the cleaning rod almost didn't fit.

I bought the glass straws a few weeks ago and my boyfriend mistakenly threw 2 away.. I was sad and wanted to buy just the 2 and not the whole pack. I contacted customer service through email and they got back to me straight away and sent me 3 glass straws AND 3 metal straws. Way more than I needed but I was awfully grateful. I highly recommend this brand due to customer service AND the durability and quality of the product. The wooden cases also have a hole at the bottom for air so that the moisture does not stay within the container.Side note* I did wash the case because there was some wooden dust in there and when I put the case back together before it dried, the wood expanded and got stuck. So, make sure it is completely dry before closing haha

I absolutely love the straws. The container is very safe and durable. I can throw it into my purse or workout bag and carry it anywhere. The cleaner is very good and it makes this a fun item to carry use and show everyone at the office and even in public places. This is a must buy. The straw it self is long enough and feels strong enough to be used over the years. I would definitely buy more as gifts for the future.

Not only were 2 of the straws broken, the broken pieces were outside of the closed cases, and outside the canvas bag just rattling around in the box. Looked like someone just tossed the broken pieces into the box. Unsafe and unacceptable.
