Did exactly what it was advertised to do.
Our baby's head was going flat on one side due to her being carried in the same position all the time. We learned our lesson the tough way when we noticed the flat spot. We did a little research, came across this, and went in... it definitely corrected the issue and took its time reshaping our baby's head. Would buy again.

Don’t wash!
I was looking for something to safely fit in my little ones car seat during travel for reduced pressure on his head. Out of the box this looked like it would fit the bill. The packaging said the pillow was washable. As we wash all fabrics before use and the pillow had a slight smell I put it in the delicate cycle. The pillow warped so badly in the wash it is unusable. I wanted to love this pillow but sadly had to discard prior to first use. Very disappointed.Update: The company promptly shipped out a new pillow to replace the first. It is a nice pillow. Four stars as I still wish it was fully washable as babies are messy. However overall a good product.

Super soft memory foam pillow, comes with an extra case, has many uses!
This memory foam pillow's texture is so soft, and so are the cases. This also comes with an extra case, so while you're washing one, you can quickly slip on the 2nd case! I posted a picture of how easily the case comes off/on. This is going to be a baby shower gift for my daughter, and I just know she'll love it! I can see how this can be used in many situations such as in the crib/bassinet, in the stroller, baby seat and in the car seat to stabilize the baby's head.
