My son is 5 and said he wanted a diary for Christmas. I was a little worried that he wouldn't actually like one once he got it since he is only just learning to spell and write in sentences. Just a normal diary seemed like it wouldn't hold his interest if he didnt know what to write. I liked that this one actually had prompts in the beginning. Like, who are your friends, whats your favorite food, favorite show, stuff like that. He enjoyed filling that in. It also has pages where you circle a face that represents how you feel that day (sad, angry, happy, content, etc) then you write, I feel ___ because... There are just regular diary pages too though. So, he has enjoyed filling it out, and he is getting good practice writing.

This diary is so kids friendly, My son loves it. It came the other day as expected. This looks so durable and cute. It was worth my money. And I’m glad my son loves it.

I bought this locked journal for my daughter's 6th birthday. She'd been asking for one, and they are surprisingly hard to find. The journal is nice, the first few pages you fill out information about yourself which I think will be cute to look back on when she's older. The pen is cute and lights up and makes noise. The downfall is that it only comes with 1 key instead of 2, so once the key is lost, which is inevitable, there's no back up. It's a product for kids, who lose small things, 2 keys should be standard!

This has been the best, most amazing gift that my daughter has ever received. She is 5, and watches me journal daily, and earned her own journal. She loves reading the questions, and putting in her own personal data. Also, she loves the pen that makes a horse noise AND lights up. We tied a bow around the key so it wouldn't get lost! My babe loves this little first journal of hers! You're kindergarten aged daughter will likely enjoy it too!

Very cute diary! But I thought there would a few prompted pages and then a few blanked lined pages but instead there is about 6 prompted pages and then the rest of the pages are lined and blank well my fault for not checking the reviews and paying attention to the description. Overall this is a cute diary and pen but it’s still not what I expected.

I've ordered this for my nephew few weeks ago..Hes kind of shy person and doesn't tell much, so I thought it'll be perfect for him. He can write down anything that might be important to him. The diary itself is adorable and plus designed with astronauts, planets, rockets and boys usually into stuff like that. Have lots of pages to get creative. On first few pages needs to be filled with personal content like who this diary belongs to, your family members, friends etc. The lock adds up extra mystery to it, something that is private and not to be touch unless you're the author. It does come with a pen in rocket shape and you can't actually attach it to the diary so it can be lost; the lock comes with 2 sets of keys and a bookmark. I do recommend this!

I thought this looked so cute online and would be perfect for my six-year-old for his birthday because he keeps asking for a diary/journal with a lock. When it arrived I was blown away by the quality of this diary! The picture/colors on the cover are vivid and the cover is even really soft. I was also happily surprised that it was bigger than I expected it to be. My son hasn't written in it yet (just gave it to him today) but he fell in love with it right away. I will probably buy one for my nephews soon too.

Package was an item recommended as a gift to a child. The item arrived quickly and looks great, I know my future stepdaughter will like it. Seller reached out to see if item came on time and was as expected. I appreciated that personal touch from them. I now gave this gift and she loved it. She loved the unicorn pen, that she could lock her secret diary, and that it had such pretty colors and pictures 🙂

Love this product will buy it again. My grandson was so pleased with this good quality Dairy. Very good lock and beautiful keys. Good quality diary inside the pages looks nice. He was pleased with the torch pen rocket . I have to buy another one for my other grandson. They are out of stock.

The lock easily breaks but we were able to fix it so daughter is very happy... the paper is of good quality and daughter loved the fact that there is a space for drawing and separate lines for notes
