LHS - Customized 2024 Christmas Tree Ornaments | Custom Engraved Family Holiday Decorations - Personalized Acrylic Lace Pattern

The ornaments was beautiful and was a tribute to my deceased mother in law who we believe still protects us as we’ve been through some time times over the year but came out on the other side protected. My husband believes the essence of his mother is still protecting us. It was made beautifully but as we held it at the base to hang on the tree, we don’t know if there was a crack or weakness at the bottom and it simply snapped off with almost no pressure. If you click on the picture you can see it. We still hung it on our tree and didn’t complain to the seller because there are several stages in production or shipping that may have created a week spot making the base fall off in our hands, but the ornament was still beautiful and the message was still meaningful. We’d like a fully represented ornament but where the weak spot was and broke off didn’t take too much away from our desired ornament so we let it go. Mistakes happen and this wasn’t so bad that it ruined the entire ornament. The base just separated at a weak point on this part of the ornament. We didn’t want the manufacturer to have a bad review for an error almost impossible to determine the cause. It adorned our tree just as beautifully even though it had a piece very easily break off.It looked great on our tree and we’ll hang it again next year just a little broken. It is still beautiful. If it bothers us later we’ll have another one made and purchased to replace it. I’m not going to give a bad review because we don’t know why there was a weakness in the base. Certainly not worth bringing negative attention to the manufacturer. It still served its purpose although a little broken. No big deal. I would still recommend this manufacturer for the beautiful, delicate work it does. The price was reasonable and the break was barely noticeable.

I loved this ornament. I had purchase it to give to someone that I wanted to personalize the ornament. It was exactly what I wanted. The engraving was beautiful. I have since bought 4 for a family gift and another one for a Yankee swap. I was able to have the event engraved with the year for a nice keepsake. Received it sooner than expected.

This ornament is used as a Christmas Tree ornament (the 30th in a sequence) and is the perfect size, weight, and look. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is that the edges are a little sharp.

My youngest daughter asked for a new family ornament for our Christmas tree. I found this one and had our names engraved on it. She absolutely loved this ornament and put it on our tree the minute it arrived. She says that this is her special ornament and will put it on the tree every year. The seller is absolutely fantastic and truly personalized this order. There was a slight hiccup in shipping but they stepped right in and fixed it. I completely and absolutely recommend LHS Engraving.

I bought these for my daughters since I had to spell their names crazy lol. It looks so beautiful and I love it very much!
