I was very dissatisfied when I received my BlackVac. There was no instruction guide - there is information on the box on how to use. However - there was information on cleaning and replacing filters or how to reorder replacement filters.

This product definitely works. However, i agree with a lot of other reviews that if you have the suction too strong and you leave it on the same spot for too long, it’ll leave bruises on your face. That’s my own fault, but the product definitely works.

It dose some exfoliating, but the black head suction is minimal if at all. Even after baths or steaming

I like this product a lot! You do have to really be careful when using it or you’ll bruise your face lol. The customer service is AMAZING!!!

Fresh out of the box the charging port was broken. I had to rig it up with a hair tie and tape to even see if it would take a charge, which worked. I'm not ok with having to rig a brand new product that should perform flawlessly!Product was NOT wrapped or sealed in any fashion. Therefore I strongly suggest wiping it down with rubbing alcohol before your first use! Absolutely no directions or papers of any kind were included! Not that it's difficult to figure out, but really, no instructions at all.Once it was fully charged I used the product, it was not at all what I expected. The plastic tip actually had an uneven seam that could easily scratch if you're not careful. The suction that it provided was pretty poor in my opinion. It wouldn't stay suctioned to my fingertip. Great idea, but terribly designed and manufactured. Save your money! Don't buy it!

I got this to help my 13 year. He's had problems with blacks every since he was 11. I used this to first to make sure how it worked properly and to also make sure the suction wasn't so hard it would tear the skin up. This thing works perfectly. The suction is really strong. But not like its about to rip your face off strong. The thing is gross but in a fun way. It does what it claims to do. If your having a hard time getting things removed from your face. Dont forget to wash will warm water and use a wash cloth. It'll help open your pores and also remove the dead skin covering the pimples or blacks head.

My skin is too sensitive but it worked great on my boyfriend's skin. If you follow the instructions and don't over use it, it works great.
