Let me tell ya'll, living in Florida, my cups and glasses SWEAT. Like dripping wet, even inside with the AC on 73, that's how much humidity my amazing state has. I hate it, and this is why I started buying Tervis Tumblers as my main drinking cups for my kitchen. Well, some of you may know, Tervis tumblers often turn cloudy and etch. And by "often" I mean "all the time." My wonderful Bosch dishwasher gets my nasty pots sparkling clean, but it RUINS hard plastic cups, and Tervis tumblers are no exception. I wanted to switch back to glass, but it sweats! So I searched for "insulated drinking glasses" and I found these. They are still fairly large, 15 ounces. My main concern was, would they be really heavy? Would they seem super fragile? NEITHER is the case. They are so lightweight, I was not even certain they were actually glass. They don't even sound like glass when I tap on them. Are they safety glass, perhaps? No idea. At the same time, I can shove them into my ice dispenser and let the ice clang into them with no worry of them shattering. And the dishwasher? No problem, they have been through numerous cycles with no clouding or etching whatsoever. I am even enjoying a cup of hot coffee in one now! I only bought two, and I will add to my collection as each Tervis finally bites the dist. My daughter has been told she is only to use Tervis, my husband, for some strange reason, prefers non insulated plastic, and my wonderful son happily uses the same cup all day. So these are mine, all mine!!! If you love insulated cups but hate cloudy Tervis, or not being able to clean them in your dishwasher, these are the glasses for you!

with the humidity and temp in florida glasses sweat & ice melts quickly. these glasses solve both of those problems. the drawback is that they are incredibly fragile and i do not trust these in the dishwasher and i put everything in the dishwasher! these are my "go to" glasses and i accept the trade off. definitely not for children.

Was looking for a cheaper alternative to Bodum insulated glasses which appear nearly identical to these. Have had Bodum glasses for years without issue. However, all of the double walled insulated glasses I purchased from Urbino cracked within one month of use. Do not buy these glasses they are crap.

Started out fine but after 2 months of using somehow there is water getting trapped in double wall area and then dripping. Spend the extra money and get Bodum ones. We’ve had our Bodum for 6+ years but after a couple broke I bought these to save some money - wrong call! What a waste!

We loved these glasses initially which is why we bought this product 4 times. They are great at first. When the first glass began to hold water between the two walls, we thought this particular one might be defective , but within a six month period all 10 of the glasses we own retain water between the walls. These glasses are not good!! If I could figure out how, I would return all of them!!!!

The cups are a nice size and they keep your drinks warm longer. One cup the bottom is not quite flat and will wobble slightly if you move it with your hand but it is not a big deal. The quality is not quite as nice as the Bodum glasses but these are still very nice.

Though the glass keeps condensation from occurring, these glasses are very slippery and difficult to hold (for fear it’ll drop from your grip). Also, very fragile. Broke one of them on day two when I was washing the glass out; bumped the top of the glass with another dish and it exploded in my sink.

I’ve been using these for a few weeks now and they work great. You have to use caution when washing them so you don’t drop it. They are pretty bring as petite hands can barely grasp it.
