It's only been a week but I feel like my life has changed with this item. I've been attending hospital for a few years trying to get to the bottom off my tiredness and fatigue which resulted in me being told I must have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome(ME) and there is nothing much I can do about it. I have it in my head it's not that and more likely to be related to my sleeping so thought I'd try this. I didn't really hold out much hope that a tiny piece of rubber could help but 7 days in and I've had no fatigue and my wife says my snoring has almost completely gone. It took a couple of try's to get the best fit so that it doesn't fall out my nose in the night and now I have to say that life has dramatically improved and I hope that it is indeed down to this item and that it lasts. For the price it's well worth a try

We are still testing how well these work so I won't comment on that. I will just say that the product is well made and they are comfortable to use.They may or may not work depending on the type of snoring involved. So far, they "seem" to be working for us though nothing is likely to be 100% perfect. A snorer always finds a way out somehow!! However, I know people who use these type of snore stoppers and they say they work very well all the time. Who Nose... :-)

I have try my best resolving my snoring through the many snoring solution devices for months. Each night, trying a new “device” to alleviate my loudly breathing. I've tried everything from nose apparatus, chin straps, mouth piece, etc. The best Snore Score I ever receive was from a mouth stabalizing as it opened my airway the best by pushing my jaw forward. However I could only use this for about 2 hours on the first night because of the pain & it took a better part of the day to recover from it. Enter this Health In Shape Anti Snoring device. It is the best of both worlds. It does the same thing as a mouth stabalizing by slightly moving your lower jar forward because of the suction on your tongue but without the jaw pain. The snore score on this keeps improving every night that I use it. It's very easy to clean & after the two night you get used to it. I honestly can say I am feeling more refreshed in the mornings as well due to getting proper breathing, air, oxygen into my body. I highly recommend this to all people sawing logs so loud that you're peeling the paint of the walls down the hall in the guest room. That's what my wife said I was doing before I started using this. On special side note, in the directions it says to run warm water over the device to get a better fit. I would not recommend doing this. It might feel good at first, all nice and snug & form fitted in your mouth. But as it cools and the night goes on whoa nelly it has gripped onto your tongue like a python. I find it better to fit it room temp because the device will stay at the fit that you initially set it at upon putting it in your mouth. You'll see what I mean once you try it for yourself. Please do! It truly does work.

My snoring had become quite disruptive to my other half, so I bought these in order to try and provide both of us with a better nights sleep. I think my snoring is more mouth/throat driven, so unfortunately these weren't right for me. ESN customer service have been excellent in order to help, so my positive review is towards them.There are different sizes which is very useful. They are made of soft and flexible material. There was minor aggrevation to my nose and initially this was uncomfortable. After trying for several more nights I did get used to the sensation and so did my nostrils.I think these are a personal thing, and probably work well for many. Many thanks to Usleepy who have been very helpful.

These are AMAZING! They are soft so not uncomfortable. Different sizes to choose from. Helped me the very 1st night!! No more moaning by the family about my snoring as I was SILENT!Actually woke up feeling refreshed rather than having had broken sleep ... I suffer with my Sinuses all year round & they make me snore .... now the whole house is happy!!Cannot Recommend highly enough.Have even got friends buying them now ..

This is a great product. My husband snores every night, and I can never get sleep. But, ever since I purchased this product, my life has changed. My husband no longer makes loud snoring. The anti snoring nose vents are easy to use. All you have to do is insert them into your nostrils. Once you get used to them, they feel like there is nothing there. I would recommend this product to others.

I travel a lot for business and fly on airplanes often. My snoring used to drive everyone on the plane crazy and I would feel so bad! Now that I found these anti snoring nose vents I can sleep peacefully when I'm on the go without worrying about disturbing others! Plus, the carrying case is convenient for traveling! I'll be honest. I had some doubts when I went to order but figured I would give it a try. This is by far THE BEST anti snore solution I've ever tried. Don't waste your money on all that other crap out there. Breathe Easy is GOLD. I never leave reviews but had to share the love on this. Safe to say I'm breathing wayyyy easier.
