Works well...
Perfect for my needs. Board has a nice satin matte finish and looks so much nicer sitting on my island than the typical easy care cutting board. I love that it's dishwasher safe, but so far it's been easier to hand wash as I use it so often. You will will see score marks, which I expected. I have chosen to use one side only and flip to the unused side for serving or just keeping out.

Very Cool Looking but not worth the money
This cutting board has what my husband refers to as a burnt odor. I found it more like a petroleum based smell. There were no washing instructions included so I washed it with soap and hot water before using it. I chopped some bell peppers on it and washed it again. Two days later the board still smelled and now had knife marks on it where I cut the peppers. We washed it in the dishwasher - and it came out smelling just as bad. This was five days ago. The board is outside on top of our wood pile "airing out." I must say it hasn't warped even after being left out in the rain for a good 1/2 a day rain so it does have it going for that. But, personally, it's just still sitting on the woodpile because I'm too lazy to throw it away.

Haven't broken it yet. Solid but discolors after use and cleaning.
Had this since last October when the price was < $12. I waited to write a review because I've had bad experiences with thing cutting boards. I use this all the time and it gets handwashed or put in the dishwasher. It's mostly discolored/light in the middle area where it gets the most cuts presumably from the soap slowly leaching out the dye. You can feel the knife cuts on the surface. But, for the price back then, I am satisfied with it but it just doesn't look that good when it's out because of it's constant use. The size also is smaller than what I sometimes need, so take that in mind 10 x 15 sounds big but not really if you want to splay out a whole chicken or something like that. I would have given it 4 / 5 if it didn't discolor so easily.

Very practical
As someone who has always loved the feel of a real wooden cutting board, I was surprised with how much I liked this item. It feels sanitary, is not loud and unforgiving like marble or plastic cutting boards and after running it through the dishwasher, is perfectly clean and good to go again. The only reason that I did not give it 5 stars, is because I have a personal preference for larger boards and this is a little on the smaller side. Perhaps this one will just take a little time to get used to. I do recommend this product to anyone who loves to cook, cuts a variety of items up for each meal and is concerned with cross-contamination or even just mixing flavors. I never feel as though there is residue of the previously chopped ingredient after I have washed it.

Overrated
Maybe I'm missing something here, but I just don't see what's so good about this product...+ Easy to hang+ Good size for most prep work+ Looks nice, I guess- Smells strange when it comes out of the dishwasher, almost like it's burning (no, the smell isn't coming from my dishwasher, only happens when this is in there)- Warped after a couple trips through the dishwasher, now it wobbles on one size, and slides very easily on the other- No groves to catch liquid, although I knew this going in- Relatively expensive

Excellent
I have to admit, I was a little skeptical about this cutting board at first - it is considerably thinner than what I am accustomed to. I gave it a try and fell in love instantly - the size and shape are perfect for the quantities I cook and my high end knives feel great on this surface.Since I cut more veggies than anything else, I have been using it very heavily and can already see scratches on one of the sides. I am very pleased though that I am not finding pieces of the cutting board in my food.As of right now, I think I am very likely to buy another one when I need a new board. I am very pleased with this product.

Worth the extra money!!
Awesome cutting board. It looks very sleek and best of all it works great!We've had it for over 6 months now daily. The board "scratches" but doesn't ever get cut. I can still slide meat around no problem. The scratch marks leave a really neat visual.

Waste of Money!!
Only lasted through 2 cooking sessions. Not a good material. The black coating starts to peel off after scratched. This was really dissapointing because I loved the black look of the board and the size, feel and weight.
