Great value, great quality for a third party manufacturer.
Bought to rejuvenate my 6-year old Dyson cordless, I wasn’t expecting so much from a third party battery. I have been pleasantly surprised! I don’t remember the Dyson having ever been this powerful. I can now hoover the entire house, whereas the old battery had got to the point of managing either upstairs OR downstairs, but never both. Very pleased.

Seems goods value
So far so good, I was sceptical about ordering a non Dyson branded battery, but given the price difference I decided to give it a go. Comparing old to new they look identical. Performance doesn’t seem to have been negatively effected. Hopefully I will get a good couple of years service from the battery.

Perfect for the job
I was a bit worried about buying a product that was not manufactured by the same company that made the vacuum cleaner I was using it with. I needn't have worried as it works perfectly and it only cost a fraction of the price of the more famous brand.

Not the original but good enough
It is near enough to the original, I get relatively good battery life out of it. We use the handheld as an additional vacuum for incidental clear ups.

Dyson replacement battery.
Arrived very quickly, works as it should and far, far cheaper than an original Dyson battery Can't comment on longevity as i've only had it a week.

dangerous after 1.5 year of use.
Battery working great. There is of course no change to suck strenght as battery no add any power to engine. Working time on max setting is long enough. My flat is over 80sq meteres and can clean everything on one charge.Edit:After 1.5 year of use, battery just gone from day to day. Even nearly explode. It stop working. Not used at all for 2 months. Today i just grab my dyson to check what battery i need and order new one, soon when i take dyson to hand, I hear noise and see smoke from battery.Not recommended. Can be dangerous.

Faulty charging socket.
Only lasted 7 months. Will not charge. Charging socket faulty.

Can't be recharged using your dyson charger
Encourage anyone who buys this to test immediately whether the battery can be charged back up using your dyson charger plug. It arrives charged so is a false illusion that the battery works until you need to recharge it. Read other reviews - sent my straight back for a refund.
