Valley Cruise Press Artist Designed Lined Spiral Notebook with Gold Accents (Avocado)

The notebook is prettier than I expected. Its hardcover with the gold accents makes it look elegant. The pages are thick and is college ruled. I use it to keep track of my workouts and calories burned, site links to recipes, and to jot down a reward list for every 10 lbs I lose. I love it.
