Voltas 1 Ton 3 Star Split AC (Copper 123 PZY-R Red)

First the delivery from the Amazon was great. Also the technical support from the Voltas was Good. Within 24hr of the product delivery the Technician were at the Door for Installation. The Installation procedure was very smooth and the Technicians from Voltas were very patient and Co-operative. Everything was done within the standard Installation material, only extra charges were applied for the brackets and drain pipe which was not included with the compressor.Now coming towards the AC performance.I have been using the AC since a week and it must be noted the for the price of 27k it's bang for money. My AC has been installed in a medium size Bedroom1. Cooling is very Quick and can be enhanced with the Turbo Cool mode2. It has various user friendly features such as On-off Timers, Auto Restart, Sleep Mode, Fan Speed Adjustment, Swing Adjustment3. Blow option which comes in handy to dry up the AC3. The Remote Build Quality is also Great.4. The Colour and Aesthetic Quality and form Factor of the IDU is also good.Overall a good purchase and services from both Amazon and Voltas.Only con that I have experienced till now is the the noise level of the compressor, which is quite Audible as the Compressor is stationed just outside the Window

I am using this AC for 1 now. This AC is not a very good performer. No sound from the internal unit. Its cooling capacity is awesome which make the room cool in a little time.Delivery was within the specified timeframe.I had to call Voltas support for the installation. I logged the call on Friday and was told that the installation will be done on Monday. However, on Monday morning, I got another SMS from Voltas saying that the installation would now be done on Wednesday.I called Voltas again and they connected me to the local service provider who was quite helpful and installed the AC on the same day.Overall this product is good for me except the instruction manual.IT LOOK LIKE THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL IS WRITTEN BY A PRIMARY SCHOOL KID.@Voltas, please have the instruction manual checked for grammar.Will update this review in 3 months again with details around power consumption.

The ac has awesome features and look of ac is royal.COOLING - * * * * *CUSTOMIZING - * * * * *REMOTE - * *VITAMIN C - * * * * *COOLING DURATION - * * * * *AC INSTALLATION - * * * * *INSTALLATION CHARGE - *Noise - * * * * *This ac comes with copper condenser which help is cooling superfast. It also has turbo cooling mode for superfast cooling.I tried auto mode it has this unique features which help me sleep like baby full night it auto control the room temperature and saves the power consumption. It also has manual adjustment on left and right hand side wer ever u want ac air. Ac noise is very very very low, in turbo mode it sound lit bit noisy obviously.

Never go for Voltas products. The amount of pain and trouble is so enormous with the installation guys. Moreover I learnt that they do not provide proper servicing in the future. One of my friend told me it was 2 months since he bought the product but installation didn't happen till now. I ignored him thinking that this won't be the case in all areas. But I was wrong. The installation guys are charging me huge amount than the standard amount and also they are torturing me to buy their products like 2 metres of 1/2 inch copper pipe, 2 metres of 1/4 inch copper pipe and the stand for which they are charging me about 4000 rupees. And they have threatened me that they won't install the product if I am not buying them. This franchise is in Hydershakote, Hyderabad called Comfort AC solutions. Actually it should be uncomfortable AC problems...Till now they have not installed the product and when I called up to customer care they say that the ticket is closed since the product is installed...I don't know 2hat kind of customer service is this by Voltas. That's why I strongly recommend you to avoid buying any Voltas product. There are many other great products in this segment.I have listed below the top 10 ACs in this segment from one of the best ratings site bijli bachao and to my surprise Voltas is not one of them. We always see the brand but we ignore many top performing products.
