The "nano technology" language in the ad made me fear this was going to be some lukewarm ultrasonic thing, but to my delight it is an old school steamer! The water compartment is easy to fill and replace, and it heats up really fast. The steam lasts about 10 minutes. My skin feels soft and smooth afterwards.And it was very affordable compared to other steamers.Perfect for me!

This works perfectly! Great price as well! It takes a few minutes to heat up so people saying it doesn’t work I’m wondering if maybe they just didn’t wait long enough for it to heat up because for a few moments it seems as though it’s not working but then you’ll hear the machine start making noise and producing steam! Helps keep my skin so clear!

i like that it’s small and puts out good amount of steam. i like that you don’t have to stick your whole face over the unit and alt hat you can keep some distance but still get good steam on your face. i use it for sinus and my dry eyes and affords some relief. had another type and i like this one better because you can use it sitting straight up vs bending over to put your face over it.

It’s a little bigger then I thought it would be and honest I was a little like how difference could this make compared to a hot shower. OMG was I wrong spots I didn’t even know I had blemishes were just opening up all on their own I uswa this before using the suckyion type blackhead remover and it opens your pores unbelievably. Just make sure you have distilled water I had to do the boil water with 2 pot method not fun. Worth every cent I’m glad I got it definitely recommended.

Very little hot air comes out, not steam. Instructions followed, it's easy to use, put water in and turn on but I hear the noise from the water heating up. I can get better steam from a bowl of hot water. Maybe it's defective?

I received another steamer, high end f9r Christmas. It was valued at $150 and broke after the 3rd use.I scored this steamer at so much less. Same design and purpose. If something happens with this then oh well, at least it's dort cheap and works great. I'm happy with my purchase.

Works great. My only negative comment is I wish it was cordless so I could use it anywhere and have ease of use without a cord attached. I bought it mainly to mist my dry eyes and am very pleased with the results I'm getting.

Im glad I actually brought this steamer. Im new at doing my facials and this steamer helped achieve smooth skin and I love the fact that it stops and cools down when the water runs out. Doesn't take long to heat up.
