Gamesaver FSGSSL0800-000 Titanium Game Saver

This is one solid vacuum sealer. While it is not common to need to seal using 15 inch wide rolls, it is nice to have the capability. What is exceptional on this sealer is the ability to perform double seals. For 10 years, I used a Foodsaver Professional and it has been a great device, but it was starting to get a bit weak on the sealing end of things, even with replacing the heat strip and teflon sealing tape a time or two. I like the fact that the seal width is twice as wide as on the foodsaver professional, and it seals well even with some food left in the sealing space (AKA Stews). Very happy so far, I will update this review as I use it more this summer.

This works much better than the old foodsaver we had. The only thing I don't like about it is something that would not be easily remedied with any vacuum sealer is the amount of liquid it pulls out of a bag. For example, we process meat rabbits, and put one per bag. After 2-3 rabbits, the reservoir to catch 'drippings' is full, and needs to be dumped. If you do not notice this when working with fresh meat, then you will have a mess on your hands.I really like the double seal, and the slide cutter feature on the top. I never leave bags in it when I am sealing things due to fear of contamination, but the roll storage comes in handy so you always have some bags readily available when you are going to seal something next time you use it.

If you are into vacuum sealing, or to vacuum and you can vacuum seal literally anything from really fine ground sand particles to meat after your hunting kill. This vacuum sealer is in my opinion commercial grade, and it can do everything with everything in between! Before buying this titanium vacuum sealer, I had purchased two separate unrelated vacuum Sealing units within a time span of one year approximately. Now, both units have quit on me, "without even that much use", so when I decided to purchase a new vacuum sealer system for my business, I decided to go with the best of the best! After doing some Google searches etc... based upon customer reviews, the titanium game-saver is the best vacuum sealer machine around in this day and time! That review on Google that I read did not lie, as I am more than pleased with its ease-of-use and robust build. I was actually surprised to see how large it was when I unboxed the item, as the pictures don't do it justice. This titanium vacuum sealer is a beast, a beast in a good way though! I would highly, highly recommend this vacuum sealer to anyone regardless of what you are planning on vacuum Sealing, as it works absolutely awesome even on other items than just food items! It's is just all around, I couldn't ask for anyting better and have absolutely no complaints! If given the choice, I would not change one single thing on this product ! Thank you so much! A great appliance. My brother and I harvested 3 deer and several pigs. We have made over 100lbs of various sausages and meats, all vacuum sealed with this appliance without a single complication. We had a smaller sealer before, but with the kind of volume we do it just could not keep up. I would highly recommend this product.

We purchased this item because a friend brought theirs to our cabin to seal bags of fish with, it was way better than the basic model we had and twice as fast. Shortly thereafter we ordered this model and it has been used continuously by everyone that has rented and stayed at out Alaska cabin. Many pounds of fish have been sealed with this machine and it still works great. It is also very easy to use.

To be completely fair, I returned the item without using it. It is HUGE! The product measurements were not listed in the description and I could not believe how BIG it was when it arrived. Tried to find a convenient place to keep it and it wasn't happening. I had to opt model that had the controls located on top instead of along the side.

More light duty than expected. Vacuum and heat sealer are both less powerful than they should. Have to reseal larger packages with multiple attempts because not all air is vacuumed and/or sealer does not seal.

Besides the box and stuff inside coming super dented and almost broken this machine is awesome I’m impressed and I hope it doesn’t fall apart later from shipping damage
