Good, but beware!
Being new to Oral B (myself and my partner are Philips sonicare) I found these toothbrushes go moundy (black mould) in the stem of the brush head. I gave them a soak in sterident and a brush with boiling water and it did come off, however this is very alarming! Really surprised, however with the gaps in the brush head stem, uts bound to happen. I wouldn't buy again, however as we now own two tooth brushes for my little ones I'll have to carry on using them. I will just soak them in boiling watter and sterident every week or so.

Gentle but effective
These are great for my sensitive gums. A lot of the other heads are just too hard. Definitely recommended if your gums are very sensitive.
