Orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has begun. For sanitary reasons- all foam products are not returnable if original packaging is opened. All unopened merchandise may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, (excluding shipping/handling costs, Paypal or Billpoint fees) if the customer emails for Return Authorization within 5 days upon receipt of merchandise.
