Looks beautiful on my mobile boutique! I spray painted it silver to match, and it's exactly what I was looking for.If you look at the picture, you can barely see it on the side, below the red stripe. Blends in perfectly.

It works, barely. It is too small for the opening on my 1998 Prowler. I had to leave the old hatch installed and stalled this one right over top; it fit right inside the old one but still allows 30 amp cable and plug head to work. Product description as far as dimensions is wholly inaccurate. I would have returned it but was doing a lot of repairs and make ready for a trip and didn't have time. It's a good thing I managed to get it to work or I would have sent it back at some point. I suspect it fits fine on newer travel trailers but not on my old camper. If you need this hatch and cover then double check for proper fit; take the old cover off and measure the opening and then contact the seller for exact measurements of the insert collar and flange.

This worked great as a replacement for my camper. The only thing I don't like is that the color white is a bright pure white. It doesn't match the older soft/off white that the older campers were.

We have an old Jayco travel trailer, that the old hatch was deteriorating, and the lid had broken off. It is only rated 120V 15 amps, so I figured this would be a perfect replacement. The installation was fairly straight forward, and it fit just like the original into the opening. It wasn't until I routed the power cable that I had a problem. Even with the electrical cord shoved all the way into the pocket, it actually has part of the connector that snaps into the flex tabs in the back. but the prongs still push slightly on the door, so you have to force it to close all the way, and engage the tabs. And on occasion while driving these tabs will pop-off and the door will flap in the wind. Luckily since the connector snaps into those flex tabs in the back there is no worry about the cord coming out. But it is not the best solution for our small trailer.

Used to get a power cable into my shed. No complaints, thick and strong plastic. Works as advertised. Very happy with the purchase.

The item description failed to mention that these are an economy version of the real thing. The package actually has the word economy on it... These are also slightly smaller than the ones I was hoping to replace. Doesn't even cover the original screw holes. If you're looking to replace original equipment, these are not the ones for you. Undersized and cheap plastic. Even my 5 year old son said the old ones looked better. I'd return them, but have to pay 12.55 in shipping. Not worth the effort.

This cable hatch is the exact perfect size for my 1974 13' boler trailer. It is exactly the same design and size as the original hatch as well so it fit my trailer absolutely perfectly. The first hatch cover I ordered was too large, and then I saw this one and it looks to be the smallest style you can get, which happens to be exactly what I needed.

this was a little cheaper then i thought but overall it is doing the job, just need to becarful not to bust the door off when pulling the cord out.
