4 of the boards out of the 5 are fine. However, one has small slits in the wood of one edge. Also a corner of the top layer is not securely glued to the rest of the support. I'd return but don't want to send back the other 4 which are fine. There doesn't seem to be an option to just return one.

I love painting combined with collage (and more) on wood. After gessoing both sides to avoid warping, I believe these paintings will hold up far and beyond anyone caring two cents about them. I ordered more and somehow got lucky in that the newer ones are 1 3/4" deep, which I definitely prefer. These weren't available when first ordered. I will definitely be ordering more of these in the future. Even though these aren't as deep, they are great.

Bought for pyrography purposes. They do require a sanding before the burning process. I’ve bought multiple batches and a few have gaps between the surface and the backing frame - easily solved with a spot of wood glue and a clamp. Overall, a good product

My son did an amazing painting on these. They are the best!

I purchased these to create some items for a church auction. The solid side worked very well for my intended purpose. The only issue I had was when I tried to use the framed side for other items, the joints would not stain due to the glue that had been used so I had to improvise...painting worked fine. It was a great value so I can’t complain!

Product was used for encaustic painting

These turned out to be an excellent base for my combination of pour painting and epoxy. I didn't have any issues of damaged boards like some of the other reviewers mentioned. Will definitely order again.
