Disappointed in quality
I was looking for a good felt wheel for my Dremel tool. These are made of very course felt with stiff hairs hanging out all over. As I have worked with felting and sheep's fleece for many years I can say these were made from all the coarsest fibers of the animal. I am not sure however, what animal it might have been. As hard as I try I can't get them to take the polishing sticks. In addition, the spindles that are supplied stick out the top of the wheels and if you are not careful you can mare the surface of your piece. I think there have to be higher quality polishing wheel available.

Honestly, just spend the few more dollars and get the dremel brand ones. These are pretty much those floor protector pads you put under your table to not scratch your floor. It only takes a few seconds of very little pressure for the pad to become loose on the mandrel, with that, any hope of meaningful buffing pressure with that pad is gone. They are just too hard. Good amount of pads and mandrels for the price, but the quality just isnt there. Big fail in my opinion. I would not buy these again.

Worth having around
Not bad at all I will definitely buy again.. I only needed a few pads when I originally bought this thing but they work so good now I'm polishing everything

Good value buffers for rotary tools
These were much cheaper than name brand ones. Four or five were miss shaped, but still worked fine for rough work. The rest seem just as good as the name brands buffers.

Good product for price
These work well for general buffing usage. The cone shape ones could be a little more flexible. They have a tendency to break at the end if press down on an angle.
