I have found the white buffalo of high street liner.Outstanding performance on all levels. Khol Pencil
This pencil is ok, but definitely not smudgeproof so beware, it is easy to remove and the colour is good and yes I would say it was waterproof, my only concern was that it you rub your eyes at all it will smudge quite badly, not the best I've used but does the job

That it does what it says.
Doesn't glide on as well as stated. Thot I was getting old style pencil,im not fond of the kohl being in plastic pencil. So my search continues. It does work but as easy as I want. Sorry, perhaps if I go for a more expensive one it will do the job better. Delivery on time value for money if it suits your needs. Thank you julie

Good eye pencil
This is a great eye pencil. It's creamy and goes on well. I find if I apply it at at the beginning of the day it holds for the entirety of the day. I use this in the inner corners of my eyes to brighten them and make them pop. I do find once it's on you can't smudge it so blending is tricky but if you apply lightly you can get the desired affect easy enough.
