Definitely lower quality than expected for the price.All of the metal surfaces are unpolished and rough sanded only, including the blade's edge. There were burrs still left on edges making some of the knives dull. The tip on one of the knives looks broken off.The board appears to have a crack in it but someone has tried filling it with wood putty and didn't bother staining or sanding to match.Returned in the end.

This is a great value for the durability of the product. The amount of cheese cutting tools and the cutting board / serving platter are great. The set comes in a very nice box that I would recommend for keeping and storing the entire set! Each piece has its own spot as well a easy to do card instructions for the board.

Wow I love this cheese cutting set! It's very upscale, love the branding and attention to detail. The knives are very sturdy..when I opened the box I immediately thought I was missing a piece when I realized it was cut the sale of the cutting board and actually showing the cutting board beneath. Very clever! The knives are strong and sturdy as well as the board. I plan to give as a gift at Christmas time, I know they will love it! (Unless I just can't handle it and have to use it for my own parties;)

I haven't used all the cheese cutters but what I have used I like. I think it is a very good value and you can't beat the service.

This is a gorgeous cheese set - perfect for gifting. I'm enjoying the weight of the utensils; they're very substantial and don't feel cheap (like the set that this one is replacing!). The board is really nicely finished, and they even added a tip sheet on what tools to use with what kinds of cheese. So happy that this set is so impressive for the price!

This cheese board and tools are very nice for a small presentation of one or two cheeses. The tools are very nicely made, you can see the quality, cut/slice cheese well. I hand washed the board, but the cheese tools went through the dishwasher with no problem. The corkscrew is nice and small, I put it in our soft-sided cooler’s pocket to take with us on the boat for when we drink wine.
