Highly durable mug and customization; lid not so much, hole cover gone missing after several months.
Absolutely love the product, durability of mug and customization is great, the lid keeps liquid in and liquid remains hot. Unfortunately after several months of use, the cover that slides to over the drinking hole has gone missing. We love the product enough to purchase another; however, we'd prefer to obtain/purchase a replacement lid(s) if possible. How/where can we get replacement lids?

Drink lid opening too small
The opening on the lid is small , you can’t take one big sip. If you use a straw it would be fine

Issue with some cup holders
We ordered this for our daughter because she wanted a cup like ours. She loves it. It keeps her drinks cold. It came as we ordered it. We love it. But it does fit in some cup holders weird because of the shape.
