Very disappointed
I order this for a gift , I gave it 2 stars cause it look pretty and sound good . But it does not have all those different color lights, mine have red, green and blue, don’t change colors as easy when touch up change the color. Also mine cane without the message on the clock and I contacted them and it takes several hours for a response , they were responding , but my last question was if they would send a replacement due to it’s a gift that I’m giving to my husband , Several days have passed and no response . This clock is not cheap at all and I have my email when they confirmed they received my message and it was added and that was before it was mailed to me. I am very disappointed with this customer service . I wanted to give this to my spouse on his upcoming birthday but unfortunately don’t look like I’ll be giving it as a gift . The clock is a nice clock , but you should get a complete item as describe when you have paid this much and waited for about 2 weeks for it to arrive
