Ultra Hardware 96121 Shelf Brackets Grey, Pack Of 20

I'm the type of person that has to stay busy doing something. So I'm constantly remodeling rooms in my house. My latest project was gutting out the linen closet, guest bedroom closet, coat closet and pantry and installing wood shelving systems that would make even the most organized person shed a tear of happiness. HomeDepot had super flimsy brackets for $2/each plus tax, and when I tried screwing them in, my screw ripped though the bracket and left behind a irreparable hole in the metal!Plan B, Amazon. These brackets were cheap, $1.49 per brackets with no sales tax, and they are super strong and heavy duty. No way is your screw going to rip through this metal bracket! The items I store don't weigh a lot but I would feel comfortable storing 150lbs on the majority of my shelves which consisted of 2 brackets. My next project is my basement workshop and I've already submitted another order of these brackets for that shelving.The cheap brackets also creaked a lot when I placed items on the shelves for storage, but when I replaced those brackets with these better brackets, no more creaking under the weight of a couple of folded bed sheets.

Needed to add shelves to the storage closet so found these. They were decently priced and easy to install with the right tools. I only put two screws into each bracket since they both are attached to a stud so I expect them to hold well. I bought the two long shelves from Home Depot and cut it to size. I saw similar brackets at Home Depot and they were made of thinner metal so I highly recommend these instead.

Great price, better value then the box stores. Gray color is nice not an option always avail in stores. Does not come with hardware, which no big deal given everyone is installing theirs differently. Needed some shelving for my project room closet to help with organization and these fit the bill perfectly. They are sturdy for my purposes and seem to handle the shelves i used (just 2 x 12 lumber from local box store). They aren't going to be supporting an really heavy items anyways. And i like the look of the beefier shelves.

Used all of ‘em ! Never expected , worked well

Good quality and fair price: I put up 48ft of garage shelving with these spaced every 18 inches to 2 feet, and they hold the weight of the shelves well. I am not over-stressing the shelves (bottles of motor oil, polishes etc.), but they're holding up well. I have the 10" side into the wall, and the 12" side out for a longer shelf, which will be the weaker combination (stronger combo would be 12" in wall, 10" of shelving)... but doing well. Metal is slightly soft under tight screws, but this is useful as it twists the shelf into shape if a screw is slightly off. So 5/5 rating - all good!

My local Lowes and Home Depot did not have basic brackets like these, only "fancy" ones that didn't seem as strong as I wanted. These are made of good thick metal and can be mounted with either short side up or down. Plus there were I think, 20 in the box, very good value.

We used these to put up some shelving in the closet. They did come with 20 brackets in the package.When I opened the package, these seemed a little flimsier than I was expecting, but it was not a huge deal because I would rather have the usable space rather than the bracer bar getting in the way of baskets. Once they were attached to the wall though they feel much better though, so don't let that deter you.Be sure to screw in points of the brace after putting in the shelf, that way you can wiggle it a bit so that it lays totally flat before securing it, it makes installation go a little more smoothly.

I ordered these for a project but i haven't used them yet.They seem to be sturdy.There is not much else I can say about it at this time.
