good product, but we had a slightly bad experience
It's a good geyser with large capacity, but we had issues during installation due to receiving a faulty product.The first time, due to high pressure from the water line, the connection was unable to handle it and there was a missing part which was supposed to convert the pressure. This caused the water to leak, and made the entire bathroom unusable until we contacted Venus support. They took a long time to respond, even though the promised time was only 1-2 days.The technician was very efficient and finished the job very quickly. We don't have any issues any more.6/10 mostly due to the missing part and installation problems.

Good but missing parts
It's a good product but they have not provided hose pipes. Installation was also done immediately by the Venus technicians.

Good product but incomplete supply
In my previous purchase of the same product recently all nuts and bolts to fix the water heater was included in the package. In this supply it was missing.
