Crystal Glass Czech Manicure Nail File Small - 3.5" Perfect for Purse or Travel

OK so I got this originally because I got sick of my nails chipping or cracking and was told this is better than clippers because you just file your nails down. It takes off way more than an emery board. Plus you don't have to worry about fingernail clippings. The point at the end let's you get close to the sides.So in that, it is as advertised. Good price, too.But then I got a phone case with the plastic edges that were a little rough. I didn't want to go to the garage to get sandpaper so I grabbed this thing. Worked perfectly and was easier than the sandpaper would've been.You know what I hate doing? Clipping my pet's nails. The very few times I clipped too close and hurt them have made me scared to do it again. Taking cats to get their nails trimmed is stressful for all involved. And neither the dog nor cats like the motorized grinder thing.You guessed it, I gave this a shot! Now I don't have to worry about getting too close or jagged and cracked nails like the clippers use. I will say, however, this small size is best for people nails and cat nails. Probably small dog's nails. I've got a pretty big dog (German Shepherd mix) and this small file just isn't going to be fast enough. glass files are definitely one of those things you don't want to cheap out on. my mom has some of the cheap ones and the grit is so coarse, I can't stand using them. the sensation is like nails on a chalkboard (no pun intended). on the other hand, I've owned a couple of expensive glass files made by OPI. they're smooth but file quickly, and they last forever. unfortunately, OPI doesn't make a travel size file, so I decided to try this one. it's pretty great! totally worth it.

I love this nail file. I purchased it to file my newborn baby's nails. The smaller size is perfect for that purpose. Her nails were getting long but as a first time mom I was scared to clip them with clippers. Baby's grandma was visiting and had a crystal nail file in her purse and it worked perfectly so I had to order my own (I had never known these existed). It files the nails but doesn't bother the skin at all. I use it while baby is sleeping and she has no idea. The blue color is very pretty. Great purchase!

I didn't pay attention to the size of this little guy! I was expecting around 4-5" but it's more like 3". I used it on one fingernail so far, and it's comparable to the one I had that broke (I loved that one). Time will tell.

This is my second czech nail file. It's great , no more replacing worn in out files, although first one broke a little easier than expected. I accidentally order the small size, but figured it's better for my short natural nails.

The product was exactly like described and it shipped fast. I'm not a nail file type of girl as the sound it makes gives me chills. But I bought this one to go in a manicure/pedicure gift basket. It was pretty.

I like this very much, but I was disappointed that it didn't come with the cover like in the picture. It came in a box with soft material inside. As if it were a piece of jewelry. I wish I had a protective cover since it's glass.

Literally don't have to put a lot of pressure when you use this but I when I was using it, IT BROKE IN 1/2.
