Ok, I'm amazed at this particular product. I thought amazon would let sellers slide with one or maybe two glaring deficiencies when it comes to a product. But WOAH! This was a new level of product incompetence! Let's start with the parts: the acrylic board that is supposed to be the platform for which everything else is attached? Oh, yeah, snapped in several pieces. But hey, they weren't where the holes were for the screws...so lets just tape it back together... Oh, but wait, the actual holes? They don't even line up with the parts! So you'll need to break out your drill to make a new set of holes! Ok, next, hardware....what do the instructions say about orientation or troubleshooting? Well, if you can understand what google translate spits out when Google is drunk...maybe you'll get through it! But don't worry if you don't understand the instructions....because there's only one page of them and they only cover how to attach parts to the board! There's literally no link or description of what to do with the pcb boards! And, there are wires...but who knows where they are attached to...because, again...there's no instructions on what to do with them! I mean, this really takes the cake in DIY!!!! And I've been a prototyper for decades! So, I guess, I'll go to Youtube University and use the pcb's for turning an ebay rc purchase into the robot this amazon disappointement so desperately wishes it could catfish other potential buyers into thinking it is! Overall, writing this review was more entertaining than the time wasted in trying t make this thing work. tldr: worst Amazon customer experience ever! (So bad, I'm not returning it so the seller has to leave my review up for you to see! End of public service)

I was impressed at the value of this kit. Everything went together okay and now I have a wifi-controlled toy car. It definitely requires some competent soldering, electronics, and programming skills so keep that in mind if purchasing as a gift.I modified mine to use 18650 batteries, a voltmeter, Wifi webcam and a breakaway usb cable to charge with so I can operate it comepletely remotely over the network or a VPN.

We bought one and when it arrived the first thing we noticed was the chassie was broke in half. So we returned this and recived a replacement quickly but after we opened this package the first thing we found was the chassie on this was cracked but still usable.Asembly problemsNext we found the instructions was for the assembly for the 4WD model (of course we ordered the 2WD). and the instructions were only a single sheet of paper showing component list and a few drawings of how to assemble. But no detailed written text to assist in assemble and of course the instruction for the 4WD model, NOT 2WD. also we found a couple of screws were missing form the assembly kit.Wiring and programming problemsfirst and only.......... NO Programming and wiring instructions. I went online to find support and found nothing but a few videos but really no helpit does say on the limited instruction sheet "Technical support and services: if the car asembly or use on probems, please contact your local dealer or distributor network" but no website or email for technical help.
