Notty Peppermint Dark Protein Bark, 3.53 OZ

So I adore this brand’s stuff. This is the first time I’ve been disappointed by it. I ordered the peppermint bark, which I’ve ordered a few times before, but this time it had the consistency of chocolate way way past it’s expropriation. It was oxidizing white, dry (not in a crisp bark way), and crumbly. Genuinely has the texture of dirt. It tastes like it has been in a warehouse for years, but I checked the expiration date and it says it doesn’t expire for another year. I’m not sure if they’ve had a storage facility failure or what, but this batch needs to be pulled immediately. Considering the price to volume ratio I feel like we can reasonably expect them to dispose of compromised inventory not try to sell it off on customers. Still gave it three stars because as I said I’ve been buying this for a while now and their product on the whole is good, just not the ones they are currently shipping.

The dark chocolate taste if very prominent which I enjoy. These are not sweet at all (to me) and they have any aftertaste. I do prefer the little bit of sweetness that I have enjoyed with other similar products that use monk fruit. I do enjoy the peppermint! I only wish that it did come in a measured pre-packaged form. With the loose bark, it's very easy to eat right out of the bag and possibly overdo it (for us with little self-control). I enjoyed it's taste and although I didn't love it, I would definitely purchase again, especially during the holidays so that I wouldn't feel deprived while everyone else is having their choco peppermint candies.

I thought I was ordering another low carb no sugar brand of this Peppermint Bark but I guess I accidentally ordered this. When it arrived I was happy to give it a try. It’s just okay and has a chalky taste and not too much flavor. I don’t hate it but I’m not sure it’s worth the calories. I like dark bitter chocolate too. I think if you really like a very dry mild flavor you might like it, it just isn’t for me.

LOW-CARB PEPPERMINT BARK?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! Of course I bought a ton of these. And then I went back and bought more. And will probably buy more again before the month is out. This stuff is my Christmas miracle. Peppermint bark is my favorite Christmas treat, and I've missed it SO MUCH since cutting out carbs. Taste and texture are spot-on, zero complaints. The only thing I can't believe is that more companies aren't churning out similar products as fast as they can.Have also tried Fluffernutter and Chocolate Almond, both of which are marvelous. But peppermint has always been my favorite flavor, so that's an easy win for me. Cannot recommend highly enough.

This is great for a low carb treat--lots of peppermint flavor-the chocolate part is rich and thick--very satisfying so you won't want to eat a lot of it--so you can snack for practically no carbs! it is sweetened with erythritol which can cause tummy issues--but seriously, you won't need to eat too much of it--so it shouldn't be a problem--I haven't had any issues to date--and sugar alcohols usually KILL me!

I really love the taste of these chocolates. I have a sweet tooth that makes it somewhat difficult for me to stick to my keto diet. These chocolates are an excellent way for me to satiate the sweet tooth and manage my keto diet. There are a multitude of flavors that I really like (dipped strawberry, peppermint bark, and fluffernutter are my favorites), and love that they're way healthier than regular chocolate. Highly recommended!

The MINT flavor is delicious, if you love DARKCHOCLATE lime I do. It has 8g. Of protein. They are delicious. But,,,, you have to becareful, they are not lime a normal choclate at, there rich, and you might want to take a small piece until you know your body. DOORBUSTER!!!!!
