I’m making slippers for the great grandchildren and hats with pompous. Yarn was exactly what I ordered.

I decided to teach myself to be a better knitter, using the excellent tutorials on Tin Can Knits. I picked this yarn for my first project (a scarf), and I’m about halfway through. The yarn is working up to be nice and soft, not at all scratchy, and easy to knit. I’m almost finished with the first skein, and have found zero knots or defects. The plies don’t easily split apart while knitting, either. Best of all, I love how the emerging fabric looks. If only this yarn came in more colors!

The yarn is easy to work with and knits up nicely. I'm using my first order of this yarn to knit a cable scarf, but I might have enough left for another project! I rate it a 5 because I have nothing bad to say about it.
