Q: Can you tell me if the z clips will work on 4mm glass

Im not an expert but I dont see why not. They are obviously a lightly tensioned clip designed to put a little pressure on the glass to stop kit slipping. I used mine to move my old greenhouse to a new site. Obviously the old clips had become brittle. The new ones worked and I didnt have any breakages. The greenhouse used standard horticultural glass, but Im not sure of the thickness.

Q: can you buy bigger Z clips?

I dont know. These clips were bigger than the ones they replaced. I dont know why you would want bigger ones - it isnt the size that matter but the strength of the spring. These are fine.

Q: Are these clips stainless steel?

Think they are. They don’t rust.
