No more sleepless flights to Australia!
I spent quite a bit of time trying to decide whether to by the SkySiesta or the Kuhi Comfort pillow. I travel to Australia twice a year and can NEVER sleep or get comfortable during the 13 hour flight. I have back and neck problems, which contributes to the reason I can't sleep on a plane...unlike my husband who can sleep on a rock! Well, I am SO happy I bought the SkySiesta. It was amazing! With the help of a sleeping pill (it never worked before), I think I must have slept for about 6-8 hours! What I did was pull the flaps on the headrest of the plane seat forward a bit, then slip the SkySiesta behind my head and my head stayed completely straight and comfortable. Your head can't rock from side to side, or even forward as far as I could tell,, but then again, I was in deep REM. As an added benefit, the bolsters block out sound, so I didn't even hear the crying baby a few rows in front! The back of the SkySiesta is just a flat piece of fabric that holds the two bolsters in place, so your head is not pushed forward like with those other travel pillows, which I could never get comfortable with. The bolsters are made of a soft foam and the fabric that it is covered with is super soft.It folds up nice and compact and comes in a little drawstring bag. Also comes with eyeshades, but had my own.Highly recommend this product. I've finally found the perfect travel pillow!

I used it as lower back support on the plane ride home and it felt great! If you need lumbar support on a plane ...
I didn't feel the travel pillow worked well as a head pillow; too bulky and felt uncomfortable. However, when I hurt my back on vacation, I used it as lower back support on the plane ride home and it felt great! If you need lumbar support on a plane or in a car, this does the trick.

I also liked that the flat fabric is wedge-shaped
This worked very well on my 14-hour flights between East Coast and Seoul, Korea! I was able to twist the flat back fabric to adjust width beteen bolsters. I also liked that the flat fabric is wedge-shaped; and I quickly found the best way to arrange that so I could tuck a corner of one pillow under my chin. It worked just fine, perfect support for my head, and kept my head from falling forward, even though I was in economy class with minimal reclining ability. I also liked the noise cancelling effect of having the pillow right next to my ears. I did wear cheap ear plugs in addition - just in case I shifted my head during sleep. In one direction I had a half seat extra room as the middle seat was empty, so used the elastic band to hold the two cylinders together and used it like a regular pillow on the arm rest, curled up feet sharing the emply middle seat with the other lucky party. It seemed bulky clipped to my carry-on, as I've never carried a travel pillow that way before, but that worked well, and was easy to clip on and off when boarding. If there were a pocket on one of the pillows to hold the sleep mask and some a couple of ear plugs (to keep the supplies together) I'd give this 10 stars! But as it is I'll have to settle for 5.

A great alternative to traditional neck pillows
I like it. I have a neck injury so I cannot use typical neck pillows because they put too much pressure on the back of my neck. This was a good solution since there is nothing bulky behind the head. It stayed in place pretty well. It is not very soft but did hold my head in a comfortable position while I slept. It is hard to use while wearing headphones (listening to music while sleeping on the plane). My biggest problem with it was that it was just a little too wide for me. The fabric space between the pillows was too wide but I do have a smaller than normal head so that might be the reason. Overall I am happy with my purchase. While on my long 18 hour flight I alternated between this and the Caldera Neck Releaf pillow/collar. By the end of the trip the Caldera was my go to pillow but mostly because it was less bulky and softer.

Compression Sox for Your Head?
The product is a good idea and seems to be well made. But, it is much too small for my head, and I'm not a big guy (6'4" and 155#). The bolsters are like a vice on my head and are shorter than my face it long. The person in the image in the product ad must be tiny. The image shows a gap between her face and the bolster on one side of her head. Not so in my case. In fact, I had to wedge my head into the contraption, literally, and the result was uncomfortable and certainly not functional for me. If you have a small head, this may be the product for you. Otherwise, probably not.

Thought this would be perfect, but was really let down
I really had high hopes for this style of airplane pillow as most planes have that built in head support that prevents you from using a U pillow comfortably. In short I hated this design, while I could put it behind my head on the plane, it didn't give any neck support so I couldn't lean into the pillow in any way. So it was like I had a giant pair of earmuffs that didn't block any sound or provide any additional comfort. If you are a window sleeper and not too tall I could see how this design might work. If your tall leaning into the window isn't an option with the curve of the side of the plane being so close you cant really lean over.Very disappointed, and I had such high hopes

This may not look pretty but it feels so good not to have to ...
Pros: This product works as intended. Prevents head from rolling left or right. The elastic band is a good idea to hold head in place. The carry pouch is a great idea with the pull-string closure and it can easily be hung outside my backpack or carry-on bag.I did use this on my 18 hour flight to Asia last month.Cons: The foam material is too hard. The elastic band is attached to only one of the support bolsters. I would like the elastic band to be attached to both foam bolsters so that it could be placed across the forehead to preven the head from rolling forward. (I did cut one end of the elastic band and attached the cut end to the other bolster foam to place the band across my forehead) The elastic band became uncomfortable after awhile. The band is elastic but I would prefer a velcro band or a buckled strap so that it could be adjusted to suit the size of the head. T
